Reviews and Moderation

Review queues control who can register, create rooms, or join controlled rooms. Rejections, bans, and kicks should include clear reasons for audit and appeals.

Moderation Rules

Scenario	Prefer
Incomplete registration	Reject with the missing information
Suspected abuse	Reject or ban, then keep evidence and reason
Room abuse	Room-level ban or visibility restriction
One disruptive member	Room kick or permission removal
Platform-level risky user	User ban, affecting sign-in, room creation, and room joining

Before bulk bans, list users or room members and confirm the target set.
